Situated between T2 and. T3. Passengers going to budget or T1 please take the bus or sky train from either terminals.

Terminal 4 is the new budget terminal. MRT to Changi Airport. Head towards T3 arrival hall to change to bus to T4

I like the CGL line because there s a bus to T4

You can go to T1orT2orT3 but you can change to the bus to goT4 and T5 is opening at 2040
